Jestem na etapie poszukiwania rozwiązań umożliwiających wpięcie się w sieć CAN. Znalazłem dość ciekawy projekt, obecnie na etapie szukania płytki i elementów.

I am trying to find a solution allowing integration of the PC with the CAN-BUS. I found interesting project, I am trying to get PCB and all components right now.

Zacząłem wycinać obudowę. W przyszły weekend może uda się dociąć resztę i złożyć wszystko do qpy.

Udało mi się znaleźć fajną stronę generujacą papier milimetrowy (i inne) i zmieniłem całą koncepcję obudowy. Obecnie jest na etapie szkiców, ale za jakieś dwa tygodnie powinienem ruszyć z samą obudową.

I found this great website generating millimeter paper (and others) and I decided to change the whole concept of the enclosure. Right now it is at the design stage, but hopefully within two weeks I should start building it.

Wzmacniacz po zlutowaniu / Amplifier after soldering

Na razie mam części i płytkę. Wzmak jest na TDA8571 (4 x 40W) opracowanym właśnie na potrzeby samochodowych grajków.

Blacha przed wygięciem. / Sheet before bending.



Obudowa po wygięciu. Te "uszy" z przedu jeszcze są do przycięcia, ale najpierw muszę sprawdzić ile mogę zostawić. Pokrywę górną i dolną też już zrobiłem, tylko muszę jeszcze wywiercić otwory wentylacyjne.

Robiłem pierwsze przymiarki układów w środku. I będzie CIASNO!!! Bardzo ciasno, ale powinienem być w stanie wszystko upchać.

Dzisiaj dokończyłem przód. Zostało jeszcze kilka drobnych pociągnięć szpachlą i papierem ściernym, a potem lakierowanie. Zostawię to już na koniec. Na razie czekam na materiały na tył.

Today I finished the front. I still need to add some bondo here and there, sand it and paint it, but I will leave it till the completion. Now I am waiting for materials for the back.
